STARBETS

          Star Bets is a oncourse picking competition spread over a 10-week period commencing on the 21 December 2025 and ending 22 February 2025.

                       Entry fee $5 per entry

           No limit on the number of entries per pers

           Entrants to select one dog in the 4 designated races at the AGRC’s race meetings held at the Manukau Stadium

• Entries, on official entry form only, are to be lodged in a Competition Bin on race day.  Standardized closing time for entries is 1.30pm.

•  If you are not attending the race meeting entries can be tested to 021-255-9666

• Points to be allocated based on a $1 each way investment on the totalizator (not Fixed Odd) , examples Mister Pressive Win $36.00 place $10.70 = 46.7 points, Portland Fonzie Win $1.40 Place $1.30 = 2.7 points

• No allowance for any dog scratched (standard or late) from the race.

• Placings based on Judges placings at payout. No provisions for disqualifications 

• STARBETS Summer Edition Weekly Prize

$20 to the highest points scorer each week, in case of identical points $20 shared by winners

 STARBETS Summer Edition Overall Competition Prize

Prizes to be allocated based on highest point total for the 10-week period.

• First                        $300
• Second                  $150
• Third                       $50

• In the Event of a race meeting being abandoned or cancelled at the Manukau Sportsbowl within the 10-week period No points will be allocated for that round.
• It is a condition of entry that any breach of any of the Competition Conditions will deem that entry invalid.
• Employees of the Auckland GRC are not eligible to enter (directly or indirectly) this Competition
• Note all entries are received subject to agreement that all matters relating to this competition are subject to rulings by the Board of the Auckland Greyhound Racing Club Inc
