We are  back to Manukau this Sunday , with an 11 race program, with the first away and running at 12.32pm and the last  dispatched at 4.20pm.

The Sunline Trophy , R9 has drawn a tidy field, and an interesting contest awaits. A couple of tidy C5 sprint fields have been carded as Races 8 and 10, and some open support races , should see an interesting days racing. 

Friday looks rather inclement , but the weekend weather  looks much better , so join us out at the Sports bowl on Sunday. and let Gary and his team look after us whilst we have a bet or three .

Star bets has been somewhat interrupted of late , but we will back where it stopped , so if you are near the lead , get studying. 

We really need some collects , with recent punting being decidedly average , so here is  how we plan to change things round.

R1 No2 Chance to Shine has the draw  to win this.No6 Joe Bananas is hard to beat back at Manukau.

R2 No7 Highs and Lows , was tidy on debut and can win this. No8 Dullcie Dynamite has  shown glimpses of ability also.

R3 No5 Waerenga Tribe looks very much suited here and can oblige. No3 Bigtime Cindy is capable of placing. 

R4 No2 Waerenga Sonic does possess good speed and can  feature. No4 Epic Pepper was very good fresh up.

R5 No3 Not Another is talented and can win. No8 Waiterimu Gem is capable of placing.

R6 Nice even field. No3 Suppose and No7 Waerenga Nova look a nice quinella here.

R7 No4 You Turn is a promising youngster who looks a good prospect here. No5 Jean Genie is in good placed form.

R8 No2 Hunter Lou will appreciate this draw and can win. No3 Papa Kiwi is a danger also.

R9 No3 Kiwi Sea looks a grading special here. No4 Opawa Dallas can storm home today. 

R10 Tricky C5 sprint this one. No3 Hunter Karen has good box speed. No5 Just one Grin is very good round this circuit.

R11 No3 Undone on a hattrick and looks one of the day’s better bets. No5 Dynamic Kiwi has the early speed and No8 Not Like Us does prefer this draw.
